Job Summary
Recurring Revenue Management IT Business Analyst to design, architect, and continuously improve Logitech's enterprise subscription billing systems across Services, Software, and Hardware offerings. Gather business requirements for subscription/services billing processes, design functional specifications and technical architecture, define rules for provisioning, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations, configure and customize billing platforms, develop integration specs with ERP/CRM/order management, validate data integrity and billing accuracy, coordinate UAT with stakeholders, and lead deployment with runbooks and training materials. Requires experience in subscription billing, revenue recognition, APIs and data integration, strong analytical and communication skills, and a BS/MS in a related field. Hybrid work model with remote and on-site options; global collaboration across IT and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of IT business analysis experience with focus on billing, subscription management, or revenue systems
- Experience with full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation capabilities
- Experience with subscription billing platforms (Zuora, Stripe Billing, Salesforce RCB, Right Rev) preferred
- Knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and SQL basics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Accounting or Finance degree strongly preferred; MBA/MS a plus
- Preferred certifications in subscription or ERP platforms (Zuora Certified, Salesforce CPQ)
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Understanding of intercompany and order-to-cash processes
- Experience with API integrations and middleware
- Knowledge of pricing models and revenue recognition rules
- Experience with testing strategies and UAT
- Experience with runbooks and operational documentation
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT Value Squads and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of data management principles and data mapping
- Experience with enterprise subscription billing solutions
- Experience with ERP/CRM integrations
- Knowledge of revenue recognition and billing lifecycle
