Job Summary
Coordinate nursing visits for patients by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients; manage high-volume communications (approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift and up to 30 inbound calls) and schedule 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy; ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded; collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data, share insights, and provide feedback to streamline operations; proactively identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability; this is a fully remote role based in the US with PST hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities with strong time management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills—able to explain complex or sensitive information clearly and empathetically
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple platforms at once, with a strong interest in learning new tools
- A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
