Recurring Care Specialist responsible for coordinating nursing visits for patients by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients; manage scheduling and communication across Zendesk tickets, phone calls, and patient visits; maintain documentation for visits; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and identify process improvements; require strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent customer service and communication skills; role involves remote work within the US and scheduling 10–30 patient visits per shift with 40 Zendesk tickets and up to 30 calls, across a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities with strong time management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills—able to explain complex or sensitive information clearly and empathetically
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple platforms at once, with a strong interest in learning new tools
- A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
