Coordinating nursing visits for patients by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients; scheduling 10–30 visits per shift and handling ~40 Zendesk tickets and up to 30 phone calls per shift; ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication; collaborating with cross-functional teams to track data, share insights, and identify process improvements to maximize efficiency and scalability; maintaining professional, empathetic communication across phone, email, and text to support high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with strong time management
