Job Summary
As a Recurring Care Specialist, coordinate nursing visits for patients by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and maintain relationships throughout the recurring patient life cycle. Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s technology and third-party platforms; manage about 40 Zendesk tickets per shift, up to 30 inbound calls, and schedule 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy. Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to confirm scheduling details, ensure documentation is collected and uploaded, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability. Remote role based in the US; 40 hours per week in PST time, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, unlimited PTO, parental leave, stipends, learning stipend, and salary range of $48,000–$50,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
