Job Summary
Ensure all safety protocols and ISO 9001 quality standards are adhered to throughout the Additional Finishes department. Perform Lock/Tag/Test audits, review PM and lubrication schedules, and assist in delivering weekly safety training materials. Operate loader and unloader machines, change set-ups, and complete basic maintenance tasks while working with the maintenance team to develop operator care programs. Assist the supervisor in coordinating operations and fill-in for all job functions. Train new hires on safety, quality policies, management systems, and equipment usage. Support water treatment duties and chemical product applications.
