Job Summary
Conduct daily floor rounds to meet flexworkers, discuss staffing needs, and align with the team leader on tomorrow's coverage. Act as the primary contact for approximately 130 flexworkers, helping to recruit new talent, assess skills and preferences, and maintain periodic evaluations for development and training. Translate client requirements to workers while serving as an advisory extension of the HR department to ensure everyone is in the right place. Collaborate with a team including a client manager to deliver results.
