Job Summary
Recruitment Systems Administrator to provide senior-level administrative leadership across the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, field, project, and turnaround hiring. Serve as the ATS subject-matter expert ensuring data accuracy and compliance, assist recruiters and hiring managers with interview documentation and offer administration, manage recruitment communications and candidate experience, and oversee recruitment reporting, vendor coordination, events, training, and continuous system/process improvements. Role emphasizes data integrity within ATS/HRIS, process optimization, and professional stakeholder support within a high-volume, industrial/energy sector context, with a strong focus on English communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of recruitment/HR administration experience
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field; CPHR designation considered an asset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with recruitment processes, compliance, and reporting
- High-volume or industrial/energy sector hiring experience (preferred)
- Criminal background check required
