Job Summary
Manage recruitment activities across hiring phases, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and process quality. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles. Conduct detailed CV reviews, assess applicant fit, and maintain candidate communications while coordinating interviews and follow-up activities. Lead improvements, support onboarding activities, and contribute expertise through projects, ServiceNow support, and talent initiatives. This is a 12-month temporary role based in Singapore with an average of three days per week in the office. No relocation support is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment support or talent acquisition operations from FMCG
- Managing recruitment activities across the hiring lifecycle
- Delivering a positive candidate experience
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with accuracy and care
- Confident collaborating across international teams and working with colleagues in different locations
- Advanced English communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- Based in Singapore
- No relocation support offered
