Recruitment Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, corporate, and educational roles; manage manpower fulfillment based on business priorities and hiring timelines; ensure recruitment SLA, candidate quality, and hiring targets; handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding alignment; supervise and develop recruitment staff; monitor metrics (time to fill, hiring ratio, interview conversion, offer acceptance rate) and drive process improvements through SOPs and recruitment automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and metrics (e.g., using tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Analytics, or Excel for funnel reporting)
- Expertise in hiring best practices, including behavioral interviewing, diversity recruiting, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with internal teams
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms like Breezy) and familiarity with educational hiring specifics (e.g., certification requirements, pedagogical assessments)
- Strategic thinking to align hiring with organizational objectives and adapt to market changes
- Does not need to be from edu background. Prefer someone with strong hiring framework and has been exposed to multiple hiring channel eg mass hiring
