Job Summary
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates by sourcing through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, conducting thorough screening interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit, then coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment approaches while staying current on industry trends. This full-time, permanent remote role requires a Filipino citizen living in the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree and proven experience in talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications

- LIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or similar role
- track record of successfully sourcing and selecting qualified candidates
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
