Job Summary
Manage a high-volume requisition load of approximately 30–35 open positions for retail leadership roles across multiple geographic markets. Recruit, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for Retail Supervisor positions while developing and maintaining talent pipelines for high-volume, recurring roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, utilize various sourcing strategies, and adapt quickly to changing business needs and shifting priorities. Maintain accurate candidate records, ensure a positive candidate experience, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to support successful hiring outcomes. Prioritize multiple openings while meeting recruiting goals and hiring timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities

- Agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for retail, operations, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or similar high-volume roles
- Bachelor's degree
