Job Summary
Research, recruit, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for non-exempt positions as assigned. Partner with managers to identify staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience. Initiate contact with potential candidates to conduct screenings and schedule interviews, while writing job advertisements and coordinating career fairs. Develop contacts with schools and alumni groups, provide information on facilities and opportunities, and prepare offer letters using Compensation Guidelines. File records in accordance with federal, state, and EEOC requirements, drive continuous improvement through trend reporting, and share recruiting best practices across Jabil facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- One or two years experience preferred in recruiting role
