Job Summary
Recruitment Specialist to support day-to-day and strategic recruitment goals, including screening, sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, data tracking, candidate assessment administration, and HR duties. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting interviews to gather work history, education, and salary requirements, identifying and attracting candidates via sourcing tools and networking, maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, and applying judgment in HR matters. Strong writing and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment are required. Requires 2+ years recruiting experience and Advanced/Fluent English; degree field suggested includes Psychology or Business Administration or related field.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with recruiting responsibilities or in a recruiting/sourcing role
- Advanced/Fluent English level
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration or relevant fields
