Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end hiring from job posting to offer negotiation while developing sourcing strategies to maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Review resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure legal compliance with recruitment data. Collaborate with payroll and department managers for smooth hiring, align workforce planning with business needs, and conduct store visits. Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends. This role supports a leading Libyan group specializing in Fashion Retail, F&B, Healthcare, Automobiles, Construction, Electromechanical, and Alternative Energy. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday, with a yearly contract including paid leaves and transportation allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and match them with the right roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Fluent English
- Good communication and computer skills
- Arabic: Native level
- English: Intermediate level
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 16:00 PM
- Working days: Sat – Thu
