Conduct professional customer support and independently manage personal leasing mandates. Recruit specialized staff through active sourcing on LinkedIn and talent pools, while managing the full interview process and candidate experience. Build and maintain a sustainable candidate pool, create job advertisements, and coordinate administrative processes. Oversee the transition into public procurement and procurement tasks. This versatile role offers significant autonomy and development potential, allowing growth from recruiting into personal leasing and public procurement within a diverse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, Talent Acquisition oder Personalverleih
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
