Recruitment Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, onboarding, and employer branding. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and screen applications while conducting interviews and coordinating assessments. Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases, prepare employment contracts and offer letters, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Coordinate onboarding activities and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to promote the organization as an employer of choice. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 2-3 years of recruitment experience and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems.
