Job Summary
Recruitment Specialist to support aviation staffing operations. Responsibilities include identifying staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, advising applicants on employment requirements and terms, reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, notifying applicants of results, and preparing job offers. Requires 3–5 years of experience in aviation, bilingual in English and Spanish, and a College/CEGEP education. On-site role with strong emphasis on accurate communication, client focus, organization, and teamwork.
