Job Summary
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop creative sourcing strategies to find top talent in the healthcare field. Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage prospective candidates, maintaining a pipeline of qualified professionals for further assessment. Engage with candidates to assess their interest and suitability, while assisting in scheduling interviews and coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers. Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices to improve the recruitment process. This six-month contract opportunity offers a hybrid schedule of two days onsite and three days remote, providing access to cutting-edge recruitment tools and professional development within a leading healthcare provider.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Creative and strategic mindset with an interest in growing within recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience sourcing for clinical roles, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Respiratory Therapists (RRT), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
