Job Summary
Qualify new requisitions, ensure job descriptions align with global guidance, and lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers. Proactively map talent, create and manage candidate pools, and source qualified candidates through diverse channels. Evaluate, screen, and interview candidates before presenting them to hiring managers, while partnering with scheduling teams to arrange interviews. Provide a positive candidate experience through frequent communication, share manager feedback in real time, and conduct pre-offer calls to manage negotiations. Liaise with HR and compensation partners for offer approvals, and present recruiting activity to senior client groups to manage escalations effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working within a recruiter role either in-house or within a talent acquisition agency
- Experience sourcing and pipelining talent
- Demonstrate excellent client management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a first class candidate experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients when required
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and escalations where appropriate
- Good prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
