Recruitment (Remote) Internship

Conduct market research, vacancy searches, and candidate outreach from initial contact through offer negotiation. Manage business development by winning new clients and delivering premium service to existing accounts. Complete a two-week recruitment bootcamp covering training, tasks, and learning about IT, recruitment, and sales prior to the internship start. Participate in a two- to six-month program with a focus on the tech market in Germany. Advanced English (B2-C1) proficiency is required, while German or other languages are advantageous. High-speed internet access is necessary. Successful completion offers a pathway to a full-time role as a recruiter or researcher.
