Job Summary
Lead successful vacancy fulfilment by partnering with hiring managers as the primary point of contact, managing requisitions through accurate documentation, and utilizing specialist market knowledge to develop and manage pre-qualified talent pools. Coach and mentor Recruitment Sourcing Specialists, Talent Assessors, and Coordinators to drive best practices, while communicating recruitment trends and acting as a strategic talent advisor to prevent escalations. Anticipate roadblocks, develop proactive solutions, and monitor activity for accurate volume forecasting to meet or exceed all SLAs and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization
- Prior experience conducting behavioral based interviews for a variety of roles
- Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs
- Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
- Strong understanding of analytics, and ability to translate data into results or action items
- Ability to influence without authority
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans
- Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to write client-oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptions
- Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size of one to fifteen (1-15)
- Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree preferred
