Recruitment Relationship Manager II

Job Summary
Lead successful fulfillment of open vacancies by acting as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle. Direct and mentor Recruitment Sourcing Specialists, Talent Assessors, and Coordinators to ensure account KPIs are met and SLAs are exceeded. Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to stakeholders while managing requisitions with accurate documentation in compliance with current legislation. Anticipate roadblocks, develop proactive solutions, and escalate risks or compliance issues as needed. Coach candidates on selection preparation and provide honest feedback in accordance with recruitment best practices. Utilize specialist market knowledge to develop and manage pre-qualified talent pools and present client-oriented communications. Meet or exceed all necessary SLAs and KPIs related to the client and the role.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization
- Prior experience conducting behavioral based interviews for a variety of roles
- Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs
- Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
- Strong understanding of analytics, and ability to translate data into results or action items
- Ability to influence without authority
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans
- Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to write client-oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptions
- Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size of one to fifteen (1-15)
- Location: North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Maryland
- Employment contingent upon verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States
- All persons hired will be required to complete Form I-9 and provide acceptable documentation as required by law
