Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives across multiple functions and geographies; partner with hiring managers and business leaders to translate workforce requirements into actionable hiring plans; coordinate with recruiters, sourcers, and external partners to drive recruitment execution; track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and progress; identify process gaps and implement strategies to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire; manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective cross-team communication; drive recruitment governance, reporting, and adherence to SLAs; support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives; handle escalations and proactively mitigate risks impacting hiring delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or Recruitment Program/Project Management
- Experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent hiring programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and recruitment analytics
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
