Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance, then support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed. Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps. Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening
