Recruitment Operations Team Lead (Mid/Nightshift)

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the offshore support team for a sizable international account, directing Recruitment/Program Coordinators to fulfill requests and meet SLAs. Coach and develop Program Coordinators, providing feedback, setting performance expectations, and implementing improvement plans. Communicate process changes, conduct audits, and identify risks or compliance issues before they escalate. Drive results by analyzing data to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Work collaboratively with the onshore lead to ensure ethical escalation procedures and maintain brand standards. Requires mid/nightshift availability and temp hybrid setup.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a relevant background in recruitment operations and recruitment administration
- Must be willing to work on a mid/nightshift
- Must be willing to work in a temp hybrid work setup
- Office location in Ortigas Pasig area
Desired Qualifications
- Must have a relevant background in recruitment operations and recruitment administration - highly preferred
- A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred
