Job Summary

Execute recruitment marketing campaigns across major job boards, veterinary-specific platforms, and social media channels to drive candidate acquisition. Manage job advertising strategies, create and optimize postings within the ATS and external aggregators using SEO best practices, and coordinate content updates to ensure alignment with hiring priorities. Support paid campaign execution and employer branding initiatives by developing recruitment materials, testimonials, and digital content while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Operations teams. Track performance metrics including impressions, clicks, and CPA to inform optimizations and maintain accurate reporting dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, recruitment marketing, paid media, or talent acquisition marketing
  • Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, performance analytics, or SEO
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job distribution platforms
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or similar paid and organic acquisition channels
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical, data-driven decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare/veterinary recruiting environments
  • Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, iHire, or other recruitment advertising platforms
  • Experience with SEO tools, keyword research, or digital campaign optimization platforms
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate), attribution models, and full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media best practices
