Job Summary
Devising integrated recruitment marketing campaigns to attract jobseekers and increase operational impact for clients across North America and LATAM. Manage business-as-usual media and campaigns, optimizing channels and custodial budgets while delivering regular reports on web analysis and KPIs. Build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, brief and oversee agency work, and drive strategic initiatives within the Candidate Generation team. Create best-in-class candidate experiences based on client operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ yrs commercial marketing experience
