Job Summary
Recruitment Manager at Soho House collaborating with Global Head of Talent Acquisition to oversee new property openings and existing property hiring gaps, recruitment processes and partnerships. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, coaching managers on recruitment journeys, managing internal processes, leading external recruitment events, improving methods, and training hiring managers. Travel occasionally. Must have 3+ years in recruitment management, experience with high-volume hospitality hiring, strong organizational and IT/reporting skills, and familiarity with Greenhouse ATS. Competitive compensation with full benefits; NYC-based role with salary range $110,000–$120,000.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience as a recruitment manager
- Experience of recruiting high volume within hospitality preferred
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports
- Ability to multitask
- Experience working with recruitment systems (Greenhouse ATS)
- The ability to travel occasionally
