Job Summary
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to fixed networks positions across the UAE, KSA, and UK. Lead a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring targets while managing global sourcing techniques and establishing relationships with educational institutions and agencies. Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, conduct interviews and assessments, and monitor recruitment metrics to drive data-driven decisions. Ensure all hiring practices remain efficient, equitable, and compliant with local regulations in these jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on telecommunications or technical roles
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes on a global scale, particularly in UAE, KSA, and UK
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify improvements
