Job Summary
Recruitment Manager responsible for leading and continuously improving ESC’s end-to-end recruitment function. Oversees recruitment activities from job briefing through onboarding, partners with hiring managers and clients, ensures a professional candidate experience, and drives efficiency, scalability, and high-quality delivery. Manages recruitment systems (JazzHR), maintains pipeline metrics, and identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement. Provides market intelligence on salary levels, benefits, and work arrangements, supports workforce planning, and designs outreach campaigns to attract both active and passive candidates. Leads and develops the recruitment team, fosters a professional, customer-focused culture, and ensures consistent recruitment practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience including leadership responsibilities
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types and industries
- Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing and outreach strategies
- Experience engaging and converting passive candidates who are not actively seeking new employment opportunities
- Strong understanding of ATS platforms and recruitment technology
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting Australian, US, and/or international clients (preferred)
- Experience using JazzHR or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)
