Job Summary
Lead and build a recruiting team for education staffing while maintaining your own full-cycle recruiting desk. Design and execute training and ramp-up programs; establish recruiting best practices, workflows, and performance expectations. Coach and develop recruiters, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and manage candidate interviews and qualification calls. Partner with sales and credentialing teams to place education professionals nationwide, maintain strong relationships with candidates, and drive operational excellence through compliant documentation and pipeline forecasting. This role blends leadership development with hands-on recruiting to scale the Education Staffing Division and achieve headcount and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience sourcing, qualifying, closing, and negotiating with candidates
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience leading, mentoring, training, or coaching recruiters
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
