Job Summary
Recruitment Manager role leading the recruitment team within CPM's People function. Partner with Senior Managers to design and implement recruitment strategies across multiple teams, manage the ATS (Workable) and promote activity via social media tools (HubSpot). Requires a track record in fast-paced, commercially focused environments with strong relationship building, time management, and stakeholder communication. Includes responsibilities for guiding and developing the recruitment team to deliver best-in-class service and continuous improvement. Salary around 50,000 with commission and comprehensive employee benefits.
