Job Summary
Lead recruitment efforts to attract and acquire qualified talent aligned with business needs while providing guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to recruiters and sourcing specialists. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized sourcing strategies, and collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Drive recruitment execution by optimizing processes, managing full-cycle recruiting for key positions, and overseeing applicant tracking system activities to ensure proper candidate tracking. Monitor recruiting performance and track key metrics to support business reviews, while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines and professional networks. Share recruiting best practices, provide ongoing coaching on sourcing and interviewing, and participate in employer branding and workforce planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience supporting recruitment operations, processes, systems, and sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent market trends
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience serving as a team lead, mentor, subject matter expert, project lead, or providing guidance to recruiters
- Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, recruiting, and full-cycle talent acquisition
- Experience working in high-volume and/or professional-level recruiting environments
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective recruiting solutions
