Recruitment Lead (Vietnam)

Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans for regional and local markets. Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals while managing candidate tracking systems and reporting on metrics. Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes, provide coaching to the team, and maintain relationships with educational institutions for campus initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of recruitment experience in BPO, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems. Reports to the Country HR Manager in a fast-paced environment with an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of regional and local labor markets, as well as industry-specific recruitment trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
