Job Summary
As Recruitment Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple projects and business units, manage a dedicated recruitment team, and drive automation to enhance candidate experience. You will forecast staffing needs with leaders, create recruiting plans, maintain postings and talent pools, track metrics to meet targets, and collaborate with stakeholders to support diversity and improve talent acquisition. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, relationship-building with community partners, and adherence to recruitment processes. You bring a Diploma in HR or Business Administration, 5+ years in recruitment, 2-4 years in leadership, and ideally a RPR/CPHR designation, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
