Recruitment Lead (Delivery & Operations) - (Cape Town, Office Based)

Job Summary
Partner with commercial leaders to identify offshore resourcing opportunities and personally deliver priority roles to set quality standards. Recruit, coach, and lead a team of delivery consultants while establishing scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting to ensure consistent output. Act as the bridge between Cape Town and global leadership to align solutions with client needs, proactively identify new delivery opportunities, and contribute to pricing and resourcing models. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and integrate seamlessly with global operations, finance, and people teams. Launch and shape this new Cape Town office to scale the offshore delivery model and expand service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in recruitment delivery
- Leadership experience, with the ability to build and inspire a team
- Commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities and align delivery to business strategy
- Comfortable being hands-on in delivery while also stepping back to manage people and operations
- Strong communicator with cultural awareness and the ability to work with international teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset: excited to build, grow, and shape something new
- Understands the recruitment process and life cycle well
- Solid UK staffing experience
- Experience managing stakeholders at a recruitment firm
- Experience working with US-based firms / supporting US hires
- Someone looking to grow / build and manage this offshore office
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record in recruitment delivery (agency, or offshore model experience a plus)
- Ideally, experience working with a UK / US based recruitment or staffing firm
- A great personality
- Strong experience working on a variation of different roles and skill sets
- Confident and strong communicator
