Job Summary
Recruitment Intern at Ace & Tate Amsterdam HQ (32-40 hours) supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the hiring process, sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms, scheduling interviews, collaborating with hiring managers and HR, co-leading campus recruitment initiatives, conducting market research and talent mapping, and contributing to data tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics. Ideal candidates have a background in Psychology, HR, or Business Studies (studying or recently graduated), strong communication and organizational skills, and are eager to learn. Fluency in English, Dutch and/or German is a plus. Internship offers an internship fee of €500 per month (based on full-time), flexible hybrid work environment, 10 holidays per 6 months, travel support if living far from HQ, wellbeing support, eyewear perks, and other benefits. Start: 15 July 2026 for 6 months.
Required Qualifications
- Background in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Studies or similar studies, currently studying or recently graduated
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and detail oriented
- Hands on mentality and eagerness to learn and grow
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German a big plus
