Job Summary
Understand hiring needs from different departments, post job openings on portals and social media, and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals. Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and managers, maintain the candidate database, and update hiring trackers. Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for all applicants. This role supports the Srisattva Group's implementation of customized ERP, CRM, and Commerce solutions for scaling businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (preferably in HR or Business)
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
