Lead a team of up to 14 recruiters and managers in the Finance & Marketing divisions, driving growth from a £2 million division to a target of £20 million by 2023. Build and manage the squad with autonomy to structure the team according to your vision, leveraging existing leadership from two ADs and three managers. Attract, retain talent, and develop individuals within a global boutique recruitment agency environment.
