Job Summary
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, and job boards while reviewing resumes to identify qualified individuals. Conduct phone, virtual, and initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit, then coordinate interviews and communicate professionally throughout the process. Prepare job advertisements across multiple platforms, conduct reference checks, assist with offer preparation, and support onboarding activities. Build and maintain talent benches for key technical disciplines, develop relationships with passive candidates, and create profiles within the internal talent platform. Track recruitment pipelines, assist with reporting metrics, and prepare candidate packages, resumes, and capability summaries for client proposals. Provide administrative support to the Recruitment, Business Development, and Operations teams, including coordinating meetings and managing internal databases. Work out of either the Saskatoon or Kamloops office, with wages negotiable based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 0-3 years of recruitment, customer service, sales, business development, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and through virtual meetings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- We are open to candidates who are interested in working out of either our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan or Kamloops, British Columbia office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or an Applicant Tracking System is considered an asset
