Job Summary
Recruitment Coordinator role in Madrid for Universally Speaking. Responsibilities include developing and updating job descriptions, performing job analysis, posting jobs, sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases and social networks (including Workable), screening resumes for local regulatory compliance, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and providing recruiting analytics. The ideal candidate has full-cycle recruiting experience, bilingual English and Spanish, experience with various interview and selection methods, familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems, and strong communication and multitasking abilities to support a growing team and talent pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruiter, staffing agency recruiter or recruitment coordinator)
- Bi-Lingual English and Spanish
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews to meet legal compliance
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks etc)
- Experience with Workable, creating and updating job adverts
- Experience with recruiting software, HRIS or HRMS
- Ability to manage a large workload, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience in onboarding new employees
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Ability to monitor and provide recruiting analytics/reports
- Ability to build influential candidate relationships
