Job Summary
Coordinate the organization's Talent Acquisition Program by developing recruitment strategies to attract candidates for clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and support positions. Source applicants through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and career fairs while partnering with hiring managers to review applications and conduct phone screens. Maintain accurate job requisitions and applicant records within the ATS, monitor recruitment metrics, and represent the organization at external events to strengthen employer branding. Collaborate with the Chief Leadership Officer and Marketing Team to create recruitment materials and campaigns. Work Monday through Friday 8:45 with occasional weekend events, reporting to the Chief Leadership Officer.
Required Qualifications
- BS in HR Management, Business Administration, or degree with related experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years Recruitment experience
- Healthcare experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of valid automobile insurance
- Knowledge of human resources functions and/or operations
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations
- Knowledge of HR information systems
- Advanced data entry skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
