Recruitment Coordinator

Coordinate the organization's Talent Acquisition Program by developing recruitment strategies to attract candidates for clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and support positions. Source applicants through job boards, social media, networking, and career fairs while partnering with hiring managers to review applications and conduct phone screens. Maintain accurate job requisitions and applicant records within the ATS, monitor recruitment metrics, and represent the organization at external events to strengthen employer branding. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create recruitment materials and communications, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, in a hybrid remote role with occasional travel across the 15 County Service Area.
