Job Summary
Manage campus event logistics, coordinate interviews and information sessions, and facilitate candidate engagement across multiple university programs. Maintain all candidate files and records, ensuring quality, integrity, and timeliness of recruitment data and reports. Create and distribute employment correspondence, including applications and orientation materials, while initiating background investigations and supporting the onboarding process. Schedule conference rooms and handle administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and supply ordering. This role supports the recruitment team in building relationships with top university talent and managing the full lifecycle of early talent initiatives.
Required Qualifications
