Job Summary
Recruitment Coordinator for Construction seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support U.S. Talent Acquisition from the Mexico City office. Responsibilities emphasize delivering accurate, high-quality recruitment experiences, managing multiple workstreams, maintaining real-time updates across systems, and collaborating with US-based teams across time zones. Requires 3+ years in recruitment coordination or similar roles, experience with ATS, and strong MS Office skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; construction/engineering experience is advantageous. On-site presence may be required depending on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, or a similar role
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience within construction, engineering, or professional services environments is advantageous, but not required
- Proven track record of maintaining organized systems, accurate data, and structured workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
- Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced teams is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
