Job Summary
Recruit qualified Care Professional applicants through various sources, review and manage incoming applications, and conduct phone screens and interviews. Coordinate group interviews, guide candidates through the hiring process from application to hire, and complete onboarding paperwork and pre-employment requirements. Manage background checks, references, and hiring documentation while preparing new hires for orientation. Maintain applicant records and provide exceptional communication and follow-up throughout the process. Partner with the Training & Engagement Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from hiring through orientation and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach. This part-time role (15–20 hours/week) offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position within a supportive, team-oriented office culture.

- Previous recruiting, customer service, HR, or office administration experience
