Coordinate recruitment workflows for maritime crew, verify credentials (SIRB, COC, COP), and encode sea service records; support social media recruitment and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to showcase maritime operations and company achievements; manage daily social media platform operations and engage seafarers; assist candidates from AE Cebu and AE Iloilo through the recruitment process; ensure the MHR41 checklist for all new applicants; proficient in Canva; willing to work in Parañaque.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding or experience in Crew Manning, Maritime Training Centers, or Maritime Review Centers, particularly in hospitality desk or reception roles
