Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across active vacancies, conducting qualification and brief management to deliver outcomes within agreed service levels. Source, interview, and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines while supporting placements through interviews, offers, and onboarding. Build trusted relationships with clients across the social services sector and identify new business opportunities through outbound activities and market visits. Grow existing accounts to increase market share while delivering consistent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or business development
- Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience and comfort handling pressure and rejection
- A proactive mindset with accountability for results
