Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to successful placement, building long-term client relationships and sourcing high-quality candidates across industries. Proactively headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn, maintain accurate records in the bespoke CRM, and provide consultative advice on market conditions and hiring strategies. Negotiate offers, prepare candidates for interviews, and close placements while collaborating with the UK sales team to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet and exceed individual placement and revenue targets within a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience
- Agency recruitment experience
- A proven track record of successful billings
- Consistent placements
- Experience managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer acceptance
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn
- Experience sourcing candidates through major job boards
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Candidate assessment skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Relationship-building abilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
- Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
- A stable internet connection
